Administrative Assistant

Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant at its new location in McKinney, TX. This position will be responsible for performing office duties and assisting with local and corporate departments with various assignments.

Spang Engineered Solutions designs and manufactures custom inductive components for an array of industries including renewable energy, solar, medical, aerospace, automotive, and military. Our manufacturing locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, McKinney, TX, in the U.S.A., and Xiamen, China.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for front office duties, which will include professional interaction with employees, customers, visitors and vendors, assisting with ERP entry and maintenance, assisting HR with postings, testing, training and benefit information, organizing, recording and filing compliance and safety records and inspections, requisitioning supplies from vendors, coordinating with outside services as directed, assisting receiving, shipping and manufacturing departments as needed, and coordinating and performing inventory cycle counts and adjustments.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of office experience and an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
