Salesforce Technical Lead – Raleigh, NC
Contract to hire - 04/08/2024 - 12/31/2024
Hybrid Schedule - 3 days per week in Raleigh office
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Pay: $125/hr with 15% bonus paid annually

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications

Job Description:

• Designing, developing, and integrating software solutions on Salesforce.com.
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.
• Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
• Continue to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the Force.com platform.
• Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input.
• Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews.

Sr Salesforce DevOps Engineer – Raleigh, NC
Contract to hire - 04/08/2024 - 12/31/2024 (Conversion based on performance)
Hybrid Schedule - 3 days per week in Raleigh office
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Pay: $135/hr plus 15% bonus paid annually

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Copado and performing deployments
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications

Job Description:

• Ability to support the full application life cycle - architect, design, development, testing and deployment
• Manage the lifecycle of change requests and deploying any changes to Production
• Provide Salesforce development best practice insight for secure application development and release management
• Develop guardrails to ensure code quality for items being deployed to production, enforcing quality standards and best practices
• Serve as the ""release management"" lead on projects, provide training and guidance to other staff
• Troubleshoot and complete complex data loads and resolve deployment errors
• Designing, developing and integrating software solutions in Salesforce
• Collaborate with other developers to build maintainable, testable and efficient systems
