Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a seasoned functional consultant with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation
  • Lead Salesforce org merges, integration projects, and data quality/migration design
  • Design and develop software components with strong Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integration background
  • Implement Salesforce.com integrations between different business systems using integration tools
  • Apply programming knowledge using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM solutions
  • Configure and manage Sales Cloud, defining system landscapes and identifying gaps between current and desired states
  • Lead development and support teams from multiple vendors
  • Coordinate onsite-offshore teams for successful delivery
  • Hands-on work on existing Salesforce implementations
  • Report regular progress on projects to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders for support and alignment

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification (mandatory)
