Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. If you excel at bridging enterprise strategy with technical excellence, configuring robust data models, and establishing top-tier platform governance, we want you on our team!

Position Overview

  • Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 (Strictly Local to North Carolina Only)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person Interview

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas:

  • Multi-Cloud Architecture: Deep architectural knowledge across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as custom application designs.
  • Core Development Stack: High proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and platform customizations.
  • Integrations & APIs: Proven experience designing Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and standard enterprise integration patterns.
  • Platform Governance: Strong ability to establish and enforce development standards, custom data models, environment management, and security protocols.
  • Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

  • Salesforce Certifications such as CTA (Certified Technical Architect), Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Salesforce deployment tools.
  • Background managing data migrations and integrations between Salesforce and legacy ERP/CRM software.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical specifications.

Minimum Qualifications
