Our CX team at Azurity is building new capabilities utilizing cutting-edge AI and Engagement tools. We are looking for a dynamic, change inspired, Individual self-driven hands-on Team Member.

Preferred Location: Raleigh, NC. But candidates based in Atlanta, GA or Boston, MA will also be considered.

The Senior CRM Business Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing commercial operations, Sales rep engagement, and HCP/HCO interactions within the Azurity Pharmaceutical's CRM Ecosystem. This role involves gathering business requirements, enhancing CRM functionality, and streamlining sales, marketing, and medical affairs processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and Commercial Operations to ensure Salesforce solutions align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Compliance, IT, Commercial Operations, and vendor teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, document business needs, and translate cross-functional input into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, define functional requirements, document user stories, create process flows, and recommend Salesforce enhancements that support pharmaceutical commercial and medical operations.
  • Configure, optimize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM capabilities, including Account management, Territory Planning, Flow Automation, Events, Consent Management, Reporting, Dashboards, and CRM Analytics.
  • Support CRM data integrity, governance, and integration efforts involving life sciences data sources and third-party platforms such as IQVIA, Snowflake, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, IT teams, and third-party vendors to design, build, test, and implement CRM enhancements, automation, and integrations.
  • Lead workshops, facilitate UAT, support release readiness, and deliver end-user training and adoption strategies for field reps, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other CRM users.
  • Ensure CRM processes and solutions align with applicable compliance, privacy, and industry requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, FDA guidance, and internal governance standards.
  • Support Salesforce project planning, sprint execution, Jira stories, change control, documentation, approvals, and release coordination to maintain audit readiness and project governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide status updates to ensure timely execution across workstreams.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of business analysis, CRM, Salesforce, or commercial operations experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industry.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, reports and dashboards, Flows, configuration, custom objects, user access, and data management.
  • Experience supporting HCP, HCO, sales engagement, territory management, and call planning processes within a CRM environment.
  • Ability to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, document user stories, create process flows, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver CRM enhancements, automation, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of CRM data quality, reporting, dashboards, data integration, and life sciences data sources such as IQVIA or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulated industry requirements and compliance considerations, including HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, FDA guidance, and internal governance standards.
  • Experience supporting Agile delivery, UAT, release readiness, end-user training, change management, and production support.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Experience supporting CRM platforms within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or another regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CRM Analytics, Flows, reports and dashboards, territory management, and data quality/governance processes.
  • Familiarity with HCP/HCO data, field sales processes, call planning, consent management, and Medical Affairs CRM workflows.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Experience supporting Agile delivery, including requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, sprint ceremonies, UAT, release readiness, and change management.
  • Familiarity with life sciences data or CRM vendors such as IQVIA, Veeva, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Must Have Certifications:
