Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments). 7+ years.
  • Experience leading technical Client, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity. 7+ years.
  • Experience in designing highly scalable and reusable application components. 7+ years.
  • Knowledge and experience in business process optimization. 7+ years.
  • Knowledge and experience in Human centered design best practices. 7+ years.
  • Knowledge and experience in data modelling, security and sharing model. 7+ years.
  • Sound knowledge in user story creation, gap analysis and sound communication with stakeholders. 7+ years.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design. 3+ years.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies, architecting low code solutions, designing highly scalable and reusable application components, business process optimization, human centered design and lightning experience best practices.
