Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Consulting Leader / Salesforce Sales Practitioner to drive growth of our Salesforce Automotive business across OEMs, captive finance, and dealer ecosystems in the Detroit region. This leader will combine industry expertise, consulting-led sales, and solution architecture depth to shape large transformation programs, build CXO relationships, and deliver outcome-driven Salesforce engagements across the automotive value chain.

Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  1. Consulting-Led Sales & Account Growth
    • Own and drive Salesforce-led transformation deals ($5M–$50M+) across Automotive clients
    • Lead CXO-level conversations on digital transformation, customer lifecycle, and connected vehicle experience
    • Build account strategies and pipeline, focusing on OEMs, captives, and dealer ecosystems
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping business outcomes and transformation roadmaps
  2. Automotive Industry Expertise
    • OEM sales and distribution
    • Dealer management and aftersales
    • Warranty, service, and parts ecosystem
    • Captive finance and leasing
    • Translate automotive trends (connected vehicles, subscriptions, mobility) into Salesforce solutions
    • Automotive transformation spans the full lifecycle from lead → purchase → ownership → service → loyalty, requiring unified customer and vehicle data models.
