THE ROLE
At TruSummit Solutions, we empower organizations to maximize their investments in Salesforce. As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping that success from the very beginning of the client journey. Sitting at the intersection of sales, solutioning, and delivery, you'll collaborate with Account Executives and delivery leads to design scalable, value-driven Salesforce solutions tailored to each client's needs.
You'll lead both pre-sales and early post-sale activities acting as a trusted technical advisor, guiding discovery conversations, and crafting implementation plans that reflect TruSummit's proven approach. With a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and delivery best practices, your work will directly influence sales outcomes and client success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop tailored Salesforce implementation proposals, including scope, estimations, timeline, and resourcing plans.
  • Lead pre-sales discovery sessions to understand client business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned to client goals.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and roadmaps.
  • Customize demos and proof-of-concepts that clearly convey value to client stakeholders.
  • Scope and estimate Salesforce projects with precision, leveraging past experience and collaboration with delivery leaders.
  • Translate complex requirements into practical, phased implementation plans.
  • Guide clients through the art of the possible with Salesforce features and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams and clients during both sales and initial project setup.
  • Support RFI/RFP responses with well-articulated technical content and solution narratives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to continuously improve TruSummit's go-to-market offerings.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of consulting experience, including direct client engagement and team leadership.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience (Sales, Service, Field Service, or Experience Cloud preferred).
  • 3+ years of pre-sales or solution architect experience focused on Salesforce implementations.
  • Proven track record of accurately scoping and sizing Salesforce projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
  • Ability to facilitate discovery workshops, develop roadmaps, and translate vision into implementation strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and product capabilities; Salesforce Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in new industries, client environments, or product areas.
  • Strong ability to quickly interpret business needs and ramp up with minimal context or background.
  • Industry expertise in Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • This role is a Remote/Telecommute position with the ability to travel up to 10-30%
