Salesforce support engineer
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration is mandatory. Financial Domain knowledge is a plus.
• Should have strong hands-on experience with Configuration of Salesforce orgs with custom objects using field objects.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, permission, and data access setting.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules and workflows.
• Develop and manage automation processes using like Flows, process builders, workflow rules.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision making.
• Ensure data Integrity through regular audits, duplication and data quality initiatives.
• Manage third-party integration and apps from the Salesforce AppExchange.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with developers on system enhancements and new functionality.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices and new features to recommend improvements.
