10+ years experience in working on (develop/design) CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions

5+ year's experience with Salesforce.com

Technical/Functional Skills ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย 

  • Certified Salesforce.com Developer
  • Experience on Service Cloud is preferred
  • Contact Center experience is preferred
  • Experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services Projects will be good to have
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and the force.com platform
  • Experience working on Salesforce support projects (handle user communication, understand issues/defects / change requirements, perform impact analysis, create tickets as approp., perform development for changes, lead onsite-offshore team, status and metrics reporting)
  • Custom development experience in Force.com(Apex, visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications
  • Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface with other systems
  • Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools
  • Experience deploying web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS,FTP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery
