Must have Salesforce development/architecture KBMax CPQ Title: KBMax and Salesforce Developer/Architect CPQ Location: Boston, mA Remote / Hybrid Schedule: Remote Duration: 6 months Essential Responsibilities Salesforce Platform Development • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom Salesforce applications using: o Apex o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Visualforce o Flows o Platform Events o APIs • Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and related Salesforce products. • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. CPQ & KBMax Development • Serve as the technical lead for KBMax configuration, quoting, and product modeling. • Develop and maintain complex configurators, pricing logic, approval workflows, product rules, and quote generation processes. • Partner with Commercial Operations and Product teams to support OPUS and other configurable product lines. • Design future-state solutions supporting migration and integration strategies involving Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud capabilities Integration Development • Design and support integrations between Salesforce, KBMax, SAP, Customer Portals, Xactly, marketing platforms, Slack, and other enterprise systems. • Develop: o REST APIs o SOAP APIs o Platform Events o Middleware integrations o Batch and real-time interfaces • Ensure data integrity, scalability, security, and performance across integrated systems. Operational Support • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. • Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support. • Support release management, deployments, testing, and change management activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support procedures. Required Experience • 5-10+ years of Salesforce development experience. • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or equivalent quoting platforms. • 3+ years of KBMax development and configuration experience preferred. • Experience supporting commercial, sales, quoting, pricing, and customer-facing business processes. • Experience with enterprise integration architecture and middleware solutions.
