Insurance Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Agent who is interested in long-range career growth with a stable company and agency. This individual needs to be experienced, self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently. Much of our business is developed within our existing client base.

Our office in beautiful San Ramon offers a professional work environment and a great team spirit.

• While primarily an Allstate agency - We are proud to broker with several additional Carriers.
• Initial training period is approximately 4 weeks in the office before going hybrid.
• This is a hybrid position - our staff primarily work remotely. Typically 2 weeks remote from home and then rotating into the office for a week. M-F 8:30am to 5pm
• Base salary $45,000 with licensed experience
• Commissions up to an additional $35,000 per year

• Develops new accounts through networking, referrals, inbound lead generation and contacting our existing client base.
• Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing our message on exceeding customer needs and expectations.
• Has great attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility.
• Be able to effectively manage your time.

• Prior Property & Casualty Insurance Sales experience
• California Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
• Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people Written, Verbal, and Listening
• Prior Allstate experience a plus
