Job description

AAA Minneapolis Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Health Life to join our growing remote team. Candidates must be located in Fargo, ND, or reside within approximately 30 -45 minutes of the Fargo area. This role is responsible for driving agency growth by selling Medicare products during enrollment periods and life insurance during the off-season. You'll provide personalized insurance solutions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our mission of delivering trusted protection with empathy and integrity. This is a hybrid position, 3 days in the office, with strong support, training, and year-round income opportunity.

Are you newly licensed in the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start around $52,000 and first-year commissions and bonus are expected to be around $50,000

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start around $58,000 and our top earners made $75,000 in commission and bonus last year.

Responsibilities
  • Sell Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans during enrollment periods, and life insurance during the off-season
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to deliver tailored insurance solutions that align with client goals
  • Leverage agency-provided leads and grow business through referrals and community engagement
