Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Utilize your technical expertise to navigate and troubleshoot customer problems.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers' needs and concerns.
- Manage vendor relationships and information effectively to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- Preferred, but not required: Degree in a relevant field.
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of 2 years of consecutive customer service experience over the phone.
- Demonstrated tenure indicative of reliability and commitment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products.
