Clinical Director

Allcare Treatment Services, an opioid treatment program in Glen Burnie, MD, is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our team of clinicians and ensure top-quality behavioral health services are delivered in compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of clinical trends to uphold service excellence, manage caseloads, establish policies, conduct staff training, and supervise daily clinic operations.

• Oversee daily clinic operations Work Hours: 5 am to 12 pm, Monday through Friday

• Supervise and oversee counselors to ensure their effective performance
• Guarantee adherence to treatment protocols and regulations within the clinic
• Manage the daily operations of the clinic efficiently
• Provide clinical guidance and consultation to staff members as needed
• Track patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Support in audits, billing, payroll, and other administrative tasks under the Medical Director's supervision

• Education: BS in Behavioral Health or Psychology and Maryland State Supervisor certificate. CAC-ADS, LCSW, LCPC
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, and Electronic Health Records
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and decision-making; ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• US Work Authorization: Must possess permanent work authorization in the US
