Clinical Services Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at Rancho Springs Memory Care in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our memory care community, including resident care services, staff management, and budget administration. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of Care Assistants, Medication Services Technicians, and Resident Care Coordinators to ensure high-quality resident care services

  • Assess potential residents for appropriateness prior to move-in and provide ongoing written assessments of all residents

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans for each resident, updating as diagnosis or condition changes

  • Monitor resident care communication systems to ensure quality care on each shift

  • Manage electronic reporting systems, including occurrence and situational reporting, and Medication Administration Records

  • Supervise and evaluate staff, including providing counseling, disciplinary action, and rewards for outstanding performance

  • Participate in team activities, meetings, and practices to build strong relationships and achieve shared goals

  • Display behavior that supports our mission, vision, values, and policies

  • Pursue job-related professional development and stay current on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community, with at least three years of experience in a management/supervisory position

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (may be substituted for three years of experience)

  • Current and valid Nursing License

  • First Aid and CPR certification

  • Ability to lift, bend, and move residents and supplies as needed

  • Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
