Healthcare Sales Specialist & Patient Liaison

Job Posting: Healthcare Sales Representative/Patient Liaison (temporary position for 90-120 days)

Summary:

Join our team as a Healthcare Sales Representative/Patient Liaison, where your primary responsibility will be facilitating the transition of a standard medical practice to a membership-based personalized medical practice, known as concierge medicine. We're seeking an effective communicator who can convey the benefits and value of our concierge medicine program to patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be present during office hours, approximately 35-40 hours per week, to personally meet with every patient and discuss the concierge medicine program.

- Create and maintain timely, accurate, and confidential records.

- Respond to all in-person, phone, and email patient inquiries regarding the concierge program.

- Support patient meetings and events, including some evening sessions.

- Educate and sell the program to current patients, enroll them, and maintain accurate records.

- Follow up with patients who have not enrolled in the program.

- Provide daily updates and maintain reports on in-office sales activity.

- Perform other administrative duties as required.

- Meet or exceed the projected number of enrolled patients.

Job Requirements:

This position requires a blend of sales, education, and customer service skills.

- Sales experience is a must, coupled with excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities reflecting a persuasive selling style.

- Self-direction, high motivation, and adaptability to changing situations are essential.

- Ability to think on your feet and tailor the marketing message to meet patient needs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

- Professional appearance and demeanor are necessary.

- A commitment for the entire conversion period is mandatory (approximately 90-120 days).

Experience:

- A college graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience, one of which must be in a similar position.

- Preferred experience in sales, clinical settings, high-end hospitality, or professional customer service.
