Aids for Daily Living, Inc. is a provider of Disposable Medical Supplies and Enteral Nutrition Formula. Our organization, located in Rocklin, is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will provide support to our customers and referral sources, while establishing accounts and processing orders. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and assist callers while performing multiple administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has experience within the HME Industry, is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a friendly and compassionate demeanor and an excellent attendance history.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required

Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar position

Previous experience with Insurance Policies: Strong understanding of PPO, HMO, Medi-cal, and Commercial plans

Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects

Excellent attendance history
