Healthcare Customer Service Rep

We are currently hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Rep in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is a full-time role with pay starting at $18 per hour, offering you the chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your work truly matters. This position follows a consistent weekday schedule:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday through Thursday: 9:30 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM

About This Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Rep, you will spend your day connecting with clients by phone, guiding them through their healthcare options, and ensuring their needs are met. You will answer incoming calls, renew existing insurance policies, help match health plans to the right people, and call existing clients to welcome them to the company & answer any questions that they may have or that they forgot to ask during the sale.
