Job description

Customer Support Representative โ€“ Valor Global Healthcare Program

This role is for Phoenix and Scottsdale residents within driving distance to the office.

Pay - $16.50 per hour or higher if you are Spanish/English Bilingual

About the Role

At Valor Global, we support a leading national provider in the orthotic and prosthetic healthcare space whose mission is centered on empowering human potential. In this role, you will play a meaningful part in improving lives by helping patients receive life-changing mobility solutions such as prosthetics, braces, cranial helmets, and related medical devices.

Every interaction you have - whether answering a call, processing an order, or resolving an issue - contributes to helping individuals walk, run, work, and live more independently and confidently.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered support to individuals receiving orthotic and prosthetic devices, including parents of children receiving cranial helmets
  • Communicate with clinics, providers, and internal healthcare teams across a large national network
  • Deliver empathetic, professional service on every interaction
  • Enter and manage supply orders accurately
  • Process replacement requests and device adjustments
  • Update patient and clinic information across multiple systems
  • Navigate order management platforms, email systems, and shared drives
  • Log complaints, concerns, or incidents in accordance with established processes
  • Gather detailed information and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Support medical device reporting workflows when needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
  • Maintain HIPAA, SOX, and internal compliance standards
  • Follow documentation protocols and safeguard sensitive information
  • Conduct follow-up calls on orders and services
  • Provide product and service information to patients and clinics
  • Support clinic partners and strengthen relationships through proactive outreach

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Preferred internet speed: 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Internet cannot be from a mobile provider or 5G
  • Must have internet from a major service provider and pass a speed test
  • Jitter should be 15ms or lower to ensure call quality
  • Candidates may be asked to complete a speed test using a provided link
  • Valor Global will provide equipment on a loan basis

You will also need a private & secure area in your residence where you will work your shifts - that is completely free of all distractions. This is a healthcare role and all employees need to adhere to all HIPPA regulations. This will be reviewed in training.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with Windows operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently
  • Confidence using web browsers, search engines, and understanding online safety
