Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic team member to fill the role of Customer Care Representative (contract). As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers with their needs.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns following established procedures.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Educate customers about company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
