Job description

As a Dedicated Client Service Partner, you will serve as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team, providing onsite support, benefits education, and issue resolution for employees, HR partners, and client leadership. Through relationship building, advocacy, and problem-solving, you will enhance employee experience and drive client satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in Brooksville, FL, with local travel.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison between Cigna and the client, providing personalized support to employees and HR partners on benefits, healthcare, pharmacy, and wellness programs.
  • Resolve complex issues related to claims, eligibility, authorizations, appeals, denials, and incentives by partnering with internal teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Educate employees on health and wellness benefits through presentations, workshops, orientations, open enrollment, health fairs, and targeted communications.
  • Promote programs that enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, and healthcare literacy.
  • Build trusted relationships with client leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, share employee insights, and collaborate across operational, clinical, and service teams to improve program performance and client satisfaction.

What you'll need to do the job:

  • High School diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, pharmacy, PBM, benefits administration, customer service, or claims support, required
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, required
  • Knowledge of medical, pharmacy, wellness, or benefits administration programs, required
  • Experience in client-facing healthcare, account management, or benefits consulting roles, highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate webinars, presentations, and employee education sessions, required
  • Demonstrated success supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives, highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Webex, or similar), required
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with up to 20% local travel, required
  • Additional background check, required

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
