Our Lead Executive Coach is responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with our clients. They are skilled at assisting clients in identifying limiting beliefs, as well as their goals, and help lead them in developing strategies to meet and exceed those goals, and crush those blockages. They are champions for client success. Only Olympic-level excellence beyond this point!

As a member of our Coaching team, you will leverage a combination of consulting insights from both personal experience and Rabbi Eisenberger’s experience to provide masterful coaching that empowers clients to achieve results. You’ll be a guide, a strategist, a trusted advisor — bringing out the inner power you’ve always been called to be.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships to transform their visions into realities while gracefully addressing any concerns — our priority is ensuring our clients feel supported and witness tangible progress.

• Offer insights and coaching, while ensuring clients remain accountable to their stated goals.

• Record coaching sessions and deliver summaries to clients that include action items, resources, and strategies for moving forward.

• Explore and challenge clients' limiting beliefs and patterns to uncover blind spots and obstacles to their growth.

What we’re looking for:

• At least three years of professional coaching experience, demonstrated by a solid track record of elevating individuals from mediocrity to excellence and helping them envision a greater potential for their lives.

• A compassionate and dedicated professional who prioritizes long-term relationships over short-term gains.

• Confident in navigating challenging conversations to address underlying issues effectively.

• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

• Highly proficient with technology, including platforms like One drive, Zoom, and GSuite, facilitating efficient and effective communication.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• A deep understanding of client retention strategies, ensuring sustained positive outcomes and continued client success.
