Engineering Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is highly functional and is responsible for ensuring that the administrative and procedural requirements are met daily, all the while providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Able to work with multiple operating systems and departments
•Enter jobs into BisTrack opportunities as requested in a timely manner
•Write orders that are prepared by project managers and coordinate with fab and dispatch to schedule delivery dates and work closely with customers regarding orders
•Create RMA’s or Credits, as requested
•Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
•Setup and maintain customers in accounting system as needed
•Manage files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
•Performs other duties as assigned by manager
Required Education & Experience:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook
•Must have strong work ethic
•Must be highly detail oriented, organized and a self-starter
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Experience with inventory management systems: Point of Rental, BisTrack, ASA (Preferred)
•Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
•High School Diploma/GED required
•Bilingual – English/Spanish (Preferred)
