Position Overview
We are looking for a career-minded Customer Service Representative who loves to talk to people and have fun. Responsibilities as a CSR will include answering inbound calls, taking orders, following up with customers on order status, shipment info, maintaining account information, and any other additional info requested.

- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Loves talking to people
- Oracle and Genesis system experience preferred
Job Duties:
- Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism with internal and external customers.
- Educating and engaging customers through inbound calls from customers.
- Answering calls that are in the queue.
- Interfacing with other departments and support channels on customer's behalf when necessary.
- Other Job Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills – including Microsoft Office and Excel, experience in Oracle preferred
- Ability to maintain an exceptional phone presence even in difficult or complex situations; able to respond, follow-up and record calls appropriately.
- Ability to enhance customer relationship through professional high quality communication.
- Ability to adjust to new circumstances; can handle operational changes with ease and confidence
- Accept ownership for solving difficult problems, and handling unusual situations.
- Can identify difficult problems, their causes, and use proper judgment to implement appropriate solutions.
- Must be a team player willing to share ideas with others, identify where help is needed, to ensure productivity.
- Vital to have the ability to interact with co-workers and internal/external customers at all levels.
- Must be receptive to direction and coaching provided by management.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
