Senior System Analyst

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Merrimack, NH (OR) Durham, NC

Salary: $90,000-$120,000/Annually

Primary Skills: System Analysis

Role Description: The Senior System Analyst must have at least 7+ years of experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

- 5+ years systems analysis experience working with customer facing web applications.

- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.

- Must be an outstanding collaborator and consensus builder with a focus on getting results for the squad and themselves.

- Ability to examine and analyze existing IT systems and business and data models to identify requirements with the ability to articulate business problems/requirements/solutions in technology terms and vice versa.

- Good understanding of various web application components and how they interact with each other (e.g. web pages, APIs, backend systems).

- Proactive, detail oriented, great teammate.

- Strong analytical, communication, and social skills including negotiation and influencing.

- Ability to multi-task across a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

- Ability to optimally take the lead on issues and gain resolution in a timely manner.

Must Have:

- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate for developers to code with knowledge in the following technologies:

- Spring Boot, AWS (Cloud Migration/Cloud Resiliency)

- A little bit of Angular a plus -->

- Xtrac experience a plus.

- Understanding of what BPM does/is

- Communication skills is paramount – more so in this role than in other technical roles since you are working with the business and the technical side.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
