EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE and SKILL QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in both Word and Excel
High attention to detail
Strong organization skills of workflow and time management
Good communications skills with co-workers and partnered bank personnel
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
While not legally necessary, an Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred
EXPECTATIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality check weekly reports to maintain stellar agency standings
Work autonomously on assignments, delivering on or ahead of schedule
Communicate in a professional and courteous manner
Be professional, ethical, and honest in all dealings, and professional and respectful to all co-workers
Review work performed by the Financial Services Assistant Account
Travel may be expected one week per year

Shredding of these documents required when necessary
