Responsibilities
  • Support producers by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous client service
  • Prepare and process quotes, applications, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
  • Review, update, and maintain policy records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Handle phone inquiries, emails, and in-person client interactions with professionalism and care
  • Manage client files, billing, payments, and account documentation efficiently

Requirements
  • Over 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Dependable, ethical, and self-motivated
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems
