You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. Each day you will be responsible for answering the phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, cross-selling our existing book of customers, and other additional service duties as needed. Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
