Licensed Insurance Customer Service

Location: Surprise, AZ, 85374

Salary: $38000.0 - $50000.0/year

Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative. This is not a sales position. Having an Active Property and Casualty license is required.

We are a unique State Farm Agency. We only work 4 days a week and each team member will be assigned a specific weekday off based on staffing needs. We do not work after 5:00 or on the weekend. Salary offered is based on a 40-hour workweek, but you are only required to work 4-8 hour days. 32 total hours per week.

We seek a licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Surprise Arizona. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
