Job Overview:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations across various departments. Not only will you be the backbone of our administrative and document control functions, but you will also have the exciting opportunity to delve into shared services roles for IT, HR, and Finance. This multifaceted position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.  This position will report to the corporate HR lead and the site President.



Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries and support needs.
  • Assist in HR functions such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.
  • Handle basic accounting reconciliation tasks including shipping and receiving, invoice tracking, expense tracking, and service vendor management.
  • Assist production and quality teams with documentation control including data entry, printing documents, scanning documents, verifying contents, and coordination of document workflow processes.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and conference calls when necessary.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. 
  • Act as a liaison between onsite and offsite personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
