I am looking for leaders and biz builders who LOVE passive income! Most people just don’t know how much income is involved with Life, Living Benefits, Mortgage, and Asset protection. Best part is that you are FREE to all of your clients as we are paid by the Carriers. The avg commissions START at $770 per case. That is one individual spending $92 a month. All we do is help people, you will never hurt anyone you help. Help one or two people a week, part time, and earn $35-70K per year on the side. Help 3-4 or more people per week, you are making over $100K per calendar year. The income is limitless as you earn every time an application closes. Sell 20 a week if you want…we do have Million Dollar a Year Producers. The insurance business is basic sales but there IS A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD FOR ALL. Why? The carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Foresters, Trans America, CVS, etc. all MUST charge the same price for the same product Nationally for all clients they quote, no matter what company that agent may work for. It is mandated by the Federal Gov’t. So even if someone calls Mutual of Omaha directly, the same exact price is quoted for that product as you have quoted. This also means we don’t cost one penny to our clients for our services. That’s right, we are free to everyone. We created the lead so no overhead for the Carrier, therefor, big commissions. So the process is a pretty simple one. Call the leads from system, book appointments, explain what available to your clients at their budget based on age and health* and then help them make application. The Carriers then underwrite the file based on the clients Medical Records and Prescription intake NO MEDICAL EXAMS REQUIRED LIKE MOST PLACES. We personally don’t approve the client, we just help them make application. You are a Sr. Field Underwriter for the Carriers. For our services, if the Carrier approves the client, we are paid. Our job is to ask the right questions and figure out the right coverage for the client so they get approved by that Carrier and at the clients budget numbers. When client approved*, the first payment is drafted by the Carrier and we are then paid via direct deposit directly from THAT CARRIER! We get paid in 3-5 biz days from first payment processed. No more waiting weeks if not months for your commission.

Obviously, you can create leads on your own thru Facebook, LinkedIn, Snap Chat etc. and really kick your business into gear. Just tell them what you are doing. People will inquire.

Too good to be true? Why isn’t every body doing this? That is a simple answer as well…2 major obstacles…#1. 95% of Americans need a JOB. They need to be told when to be at work, when they can go home, and how much they will make. When they can spend time with family and friends. Not everyone can get on a phone and book appointments, we know that…but if you can and have good customer service skills, you will earn the money discussed previously, if not more. #2. Most people won’t invest in themselves for a better life. We all know that and see it every day. You must take a 40 hour “in-home” insurance class online and pass the test to become nationally licensed. You would be astounded at how many people start and don’t finish. Hard workers make the top incomes in the country. Invest in yourself and see what happens.
