Mailroom Coordinator

We are looking for a Mailroom Coordinator in our team. The person in this position is responsible for sorting and distributing mail, preparing buyer and listing folders, sending listing packages daily, ensuring all mailers are completed and sent daily, ordering ink for the copier, and coordinating copier repairs. • Mailroom experience preferred but not required
• High School Graduate
• Keep track of materials inventory
• Ensure all mailers are completed and sent daily
• Order ink for copier and coordinate copier repairs
• Anything else that is needed to help the mail house team
