Interior Design Assistant to Chief Creative Officer / VP

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Direct Assistant / Finish Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of activities from the initial planning stages through to the final touches of the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with storyboards, bid requests, and job scopes/take-offs.
• Handle administrative tasks and manage errands locally and in Austin/San Antonio.
• Attend client and subcontractor job walks, and superintendent meetings.
• Engage in product sourcing, quality control, and inventory management of extra materials.
• Support punch list management, warranty assistance, and final buyer punch list management.
• Prepare homeowner binders and organize closing gifts such as cards and flowers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally and to Austin as needed for meetings and errands.
• A commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.
