About the Role: As a Data Entry Customer Service representative at Style Netbox, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for entering and updating customer information, processing orders, and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders and account information accurately into our database.
• Update and maintain customer records with the latest information.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
