Company Info

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for providing professional administrative support to the Branch Manager, Project Managers, Field personnel, and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Major Duties:

  • Greet visitors in person or on the phone and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Perform general office duties including tracking of inventory of supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist with weekly payroll reporting.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed (HR, Accounting IT, Fleet).
  • Organize, format, and submit proposals.
  • Manage Apprentice Documentation.
  • Plan and organize company social events.
  • Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent knowledge of proper grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Sharepoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willingness to learn new applications as needed.
  • Familiarity with Blue Beam and Blue Beam Studio is preferred.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct daily duties professionally.


Qualifications:

In addition to the minimum qualifications, the candidate must have the following:
  • Certificate or related education in administrative services or clerical fields.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience in the construction industry


Salary and Benefits:

The salary will be competitive and commensurate with relevant experience as well as the responsibilities of the position. The position is eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, long- term disability, 401(k) plan, and paid personal time.
