Sales Representative - Adhesives & Sealants - Southwest Ohio & Kentucky

Eastern Regional adhesives & sealants supplier is looking to fill an outside sales position in the Cincinnati/Lexington area. This is a position selling adhesives & sealant materials to the industrial markets in the Southwest Ohio & Kentucky Region. Excellent income opportunity. The chance to really run your own business. Responsibilities: Have your home office in, or near, Cincinnati or Lexington and cover a territory that is Southwest Ohio and the state of Kentucky. Call on design and production engineers and purchasing professionals to grow existing and new business. Sell a broad range of industrial adhesives & sealant materials. Aggressively prospect for and develop new accounts. Build strong and lasting business relationships that produce repeat business.

Requirements: 3+ years of industrial sales experience. Experience selling adhesives and/or sealant materials is strongly preferred. A college degree is required, but the concentration is open. A team player with a winning personality. Must be motivated to win and have a desire to accomplish goals. Strong sales and communication skills. We are looking for a closer and a relationship builder. The market is industrial product assembly, automotive, medical device, aerospace, electronics, solar, LED, etc. Excellent follow-up is required. Computer skills will be needed. Willingness to travel overnight if needed.

Company Information: Eastern Regional adhesives & sealants supplier. Employee-owned.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 base plus annual bonus plan. Realistic level is $20,000 - $30,000. Company pays the IRS mileage reimbursement rate for business use of your personal vehicle. Strong company benefits package. Eligible to take part in the company ESOP after one year with the company.
