Territory Sales Manager- Industrial Adhesive Sales
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in Industrial Adhesive Sales to join our sales team and drive growth in these markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on industry expertise to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions in a competitive B2B environment.
Day-in-the-life and your responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Woodworking, Construction, and Technical product sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, millwork companies, and manufacturing partners.
  • Provide technical support and consultation to clients regarding product selection, application, and integration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
  • Utilize the company's CRM tool to track, maintain accurate records, and manage sales activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and generate leads.

Our requirements:
  • Travel through the territory of: North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory up to 50% of the time.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an adhesive or technical sales role.
  • Proven track record in the woodworking, construction, or building materials industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Be self-motivated and independent.
  • Valid driver's license in the State in which you reside.
  • Bilingual is a plus
