About the Role

Your mission is critical: oversee the setup, mixing, and filling operations of our precision machinery while manually filling cartridges and syringes as needed. Be prepared with solutions when faced with technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Understanding and following all operational protocols, including ISO standards and safety requirements.
  • Accurately processing orders with detailed fill tickets.
  • Managing material requisitions and inventory.
  • Operating specialized equipment like Tridak and cartridge filling machines.
  • Completing quality checks and machinery maintenance.
  • Adapting to diverse duties as delegated.
What You Bring:
  • Collaborative and articulate communication skills.
  • Superior integrity and independent decision-making capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Your Background:
  • Completed high school education or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience with MRP and ERP systems is advantageous.
Physical Demands:
  • Extended periods of both sitting and standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Your Work Schedule & Reward
  • Hours: Work the 1st Shift - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Wage: Hourly rate between $19.00 - $20.20, with variation possible based on skills and location.
  • Productivity Bonus: Participate in our 2025 productivity incentives and potentially earn additional quarterly bonuses totaling $1,520 each year.
