Job Type: Full-time. 4 days on-site, 1 flex day each week

Location: Brecksville, OH to start, and transitioning to Wickliffe, OH in 2028.

How You'll Make an Impact 

As a Global Senior Finance Manager - Engineered Polymers, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving strategic financial leadership and enabling business growth across our Engineered Polymers portfolio. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: 

  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Vice President of Engineered Polymers and Business Director for Medical Polymers, shaping long-term business strategy. 

  • Own and manage the full profit and loss (P&L) for the Engineered Polymers business unit, ensuring strong financial performance. 

  • Own and manage the full P&L for the Medical Polymers business within the portfolio. 

  • Deliver clear and actionable financial insights through analysis of business performance and key variances. 

  • Lead global forecasting efforts by integrating inputs from operations, supply chain, and commercial teams. 

  • Drive strategic planning by aligning financial goals with broader business objectives. 

  • Optimize working capital and support decisions that enhance free cash flow. 

  • Support business development, including capital investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships. 

  • Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability. 

  • Lead and develop a global finance team while fostering cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Oversee annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes. 

  • Serve as a key liaison with corporate finance teams to ensure reporting, compliance, and executive-level alignment. 

  • Lead special projects that drive transformation, operational efficiency, and growth. 

  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% to support global operations and engagement. 

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial and analytical roles with full P&L ownership. 

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams. 

  • Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices. 

  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. 

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven approach. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required. 

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward 

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree. 

  • Experience with SAP or QAD systems. 

  • Background in acquisitions including strategic planning, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration. 

  • Experience leading global or cross-functional finance teams.
