Job description

FEM Centre is searching for an entry level certified Medical Laboratory Technologist for our in-house laboratory. While the position could be full time, qualified candidates who desire "less than full time" are also invited to apply.

Working day shift, (no nights/weekends). Will consider reduced hours. You would be responsible for:

  • Drawing labs on clinic patients
  • Prepping for upcoming scheduled lab draws
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
  • Assisting Lead in performing testing and providing results to our providers.
  • Assisting Lead in performing all lab functions.

To become part of our great team, ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience performing blood draws (phlebotomy)
  • Prefer a two or four-year degree in Medical Technology
  • Prefer current Medical Technologist certification
  • Working knowledge of EMR, automated laboratory system, and Microsoft office.
