File Clerk

Pay Rate: $25.00/ hour

Schedule: 16+ Hours / Week, flexibility for more!

We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. The Office Assistant is responsible for providing filing support to the owner. If you love organization and quiet workspaces fueled for focus, this is a great job for you! Opportunity to grow with duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining physical and digital files efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of files

- Retrieve files as requested by staff

- Assist in maintaining file security and confidentiality

- Perform general office tasks as needed, accept packages

Qualifications:

- Proficient in computerized filing systems

- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy

- Basic customer service skills

- Familiarity with order entry processes

- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

- Experience in event planning or project coordination is beneficial

- Proficiency in data entry operations
