Requirements

Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certification
Level II Background Check completed
CPR Certification taught in a classroom setting
Mandatory Florida trainings completed in HIV/AIDS awareness, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and assistance with medication administration.
Dependable vehicle for client visits
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach for effective teamwork and meaningful client interaction.
Flexibility to adapt to varied client needs with a nurturing demeanor in personal care and companionship.
Preference for candidates comfortable with pets to better adapt to different home settings.
