About the Global Payroll Manager Role
The Global Payroll Manager will support payroll operations for employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions. This position will oversee international payroll processing, compliance, tax-related matters, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
The role will also work closely with payroll leadership, human resources, finance, external providers, and other internal partners.
Role Responsibilities
  • Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple international locations.
  • Review payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, adjustments, and employee changes.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable international payroll and tax requirements.
  • Partner with external payroll providers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Review payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to a payroll team member.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least three years of international or multi-country payroll experience.
  • Exposure to payroll operations outside Northern America is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of international payroll taxes and compliance requirements.
  • At least one year of supervisory, team-lead, or employee-development experience.
  • Experience using a Human Capital Management System
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical ability.
  • Personable and confident communication style with a willingness to learn established processes.
