The Senior Recruiter Role:

The Senior Recruiter will be conducting business development to win new accounts, and working with candidates to guide them through the hiring process. Experienced Recruiters that have a passion for sales and relationship building will thrive in this role.

• Engage with industry-specific talent (candidates) to learn about their professional interests and goals, and walk them through the interview and hiring process
• Provide talent solutions that solve each client’s specific hiring needs
• Prospect new accounts while creating a strong value proposition for the client
• Utilize sales techniques to develop and establish new client accounts

Background of a Senior Recruiter:

• 3-10 years as a Recruiter, with preference given to agency and third party Recruiters
• Comfortable developing relationships over the phone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, proactive self starter
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Consistently performing outbound sales activities to engage clients and candidates
• Sports-minded, competitive, driven attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, money motivated
