Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Create reports with data gathered.
HubSpot knowledge Required
presentation creation
Expert with Microsoft programs
you will be sending out email marketing templates as needed
data Entry
a majority will be administrative work
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Support Sales Directors and National Sales Leadership team.
analytical background
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Provide essential support for Sales Operation by preparations of meetings.
identify potential Clients.
national account support and paperwork
HubSpot Reporting and Dashboard Maintenance
POS Management
Sales communication and updates

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative or Data entry roles
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
