Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in IT support? We're seeking a proactive individual to fill the position of IT Support Specialist. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a key role in resolving service requests, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities

Log, resolve, and escalate service requests to meet service levels and targets.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems, VoIP, mobile devices, software, and peripheral equipment.
Utilize remote management and monitoring tools to provide efficient support.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications

Associate degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
A+ Certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a corporate Windows environment.
Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail.
Consistent professionalism, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
Passion for diagnosing problems and delivering effective solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
Basic understanding of LAN concepts.
Familiarity with disk imaging and cloning technologies.
Experience with various brands/types of multi-function devices and network printers.
Compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to job duties.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and technology solution evaluations.
Capability to work in various physical environments, including cramped computer closets, tight spaces, under desks, and on ladders.
