The Role:
As our Part-Time Leasing Associate, you'll shine as the welcoming, professional face of Bernice Homes. By independently leading guided sales tours of our community, you will showcase and sell prospective residents on the many benefits and features of our apartment homes and community.

Each day will bring new opportunities! From happily greeting (and successfully turning) interested walk-in guests into welcomed full-time residents, to professionally and efficiently handling phone requests, providing timely follow-ups to prospects and independently and effectively managing all leads and lease paperwork - you will always feel energized and engaged!

You will be an essential part of our team’s success in providing all our residents with a top-notch leasing experience. With your determination and commitment to provide friendly and consistent follow-up and follow-through on all projects, you will be confident all our guests, both new and familiar, are happy and satisfied. Together, we will ensure our community is always warm, welcoming and presented in the best light.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent Bernice Homes to potential and current residents.
• Lead guided sales tours, showcasing the benefits of our apartment homes.
• Professionally answer all incoming calls, and route calls accordingly.
• Provide efficient follow-up with potential residents who have left messages.
• Ensure daily management and follow-up of all prospect leads (received via phone, email, and walk-ins) using the appropriate system, with a strict requirement to manage 100% of all leads.
• Greet potential residents, collect information, and effectively sell homes.
• Process applications and related lease paperwork with attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and record maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales skills and passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Confidence and ability to engage warmly with potential residents.
• Effective and empathetic listener.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and awareness in all interactions with current and potential residents.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and be flexible to work both weekdays and weekends.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
