Our Franchise is seeking someone who is a “high achiever” to fill a key leadership role. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating the sales & marketing team. You will drive our marketing campaigns, oversee the contact database, develop presentation materials, and maintain an active presence at local and regional association and trade show events .If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you’ll thrive in this work environment. Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit, Train, Motivate, and develop a team of outside sales team representatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Complete annual sales & marketing needs assessment, making a department budget, developing content for presentations and developing action plans for new business development
- Create Annual Marketing Plan
- Identify revenue, collection, and activity goals; compare past and projected revenues to Sales goals; establish goals for revenue and activities
- Ensure quarterly and annual sales goals are met.
- Evaluate sales and marketing staff performance in the field and supervise marketing administrative tasks
- Participate in networking and associations; develop relationships.
- Work with executive team for advertising & marketing needs.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
- Five + years sales management with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
- Experience with professional sales or marketing associations
- Effective oral and written communication
- Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
- Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Must have valid drivers License
Compensation:
- $60,000 annual base salary/ plus commission % on personal sales/ Commission % of new sales reps*
- Company car during business work hours
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.– 5 p.m., additional time as needed
