The F&B Assistant Manager will be responsible for helping oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, to include: Grand Met, In Room Dining & Banquets. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, training, coaching, guest relations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating and hotel procedures/policies. Other responsibilities and tasks will be given as needed. The goal of the F&B Assistant Manager is to effectively and proactively monitor the daily functions of food and beverage, as well as plan for a successful future with the highest level of standards. 

Qualifications:

• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service. 
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1+ years experience in F&B Management preferred.
• Wine/Beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight.
• Must have flexible shift availability as well as availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ideal candidate should have high energy, strong organizational skills, motivational leadership skills, ability to provide exceptional customer service, and be an effective team player.
