The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Director to join our Hyatt Sales Force Team where you'll join a team of 60 field professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be working accounts that are based in the South or Southwest (Corporate & Third Party) these customers have business for our all-inclusive resorts as well as our hotels around the globe. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Hyatt Hotels sales teams where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
The Hyatt Sales Force Global Director - South Southwest Market will be responsible for working with Corporate & Third Party accounts in primarily Texas and Arizona as well as the Southwest and we would like this person to live in the South or Southwest with responsibilities that will include:
• Generating business for Hyatt hotels globally by conducting direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration
• This position will also be focused on the Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels; however, selling all of Hyatt's portfolio globally
• Identifying group business should include (but not limited to) telephone prospecting, reviewing lost business opportunities from hotels and utilizing market analytic tools
• Qualify and target accounts
• Customer relationships and problem solving
The Director will also be responsible for managing accounts in the South & Southwest. This business represents a significant revenue stream into Hyatt's portfolio and the Director's role will be to focus on growing our overall share with these accounts. This Director will have ongoing customer communication and a heavy focus on developing these opportunities.
This is a remote US based opportunity.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
• 5+ years experience within hotel sales operations, managed action plans, and collaboration with team members
• Strong segmentation knowledge of Corporate and Third Party Market
Experience Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Envision Sales System, LinkedIn, Outlook

The salary range for this position is $98,600 - $125,000. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
