As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative at TMZ Events, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our customer service operations. You'll be responsible for entering and updating customer information, handling inquiries, and providing support to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update customer information in our database or CRM system.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
Provide assistance and support to clients and guests regarding event details, ticketing, and other inquiries.
Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.
Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the customer service team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
